Proverbs 20:24

    24 A man’s steps are of the LORD;
    How then can a man understand his own way?
-Proverbs 20:24

Prayerfully consider in yourself how the Lord leads you. As I look back on my life, I can highlight a number of instances where I had no idea where the Lord was leading me. There seemed things that were detrimental to me but that the Lord worked differently for His purpose. Similarly, there seemed things that would be beneficial to me that ended up being detriment, that the Lord would show me His own leading. We cannot hinge our lives upon our own plans. We must be open to what the Lord is showing us. We must be prepared to shift our plans, or even not really understand the fullness of those plans. Our trust must be in the Lord in all things. Pray that your steps may be found in the Lord.
