Psalm 139:13-16

13For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
14I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
15My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
-Psalm 139:13-16

This passage is spoken of frequently in the modern day church. Rightfully so. We live in a world that is constantly attacking our identity, down to the very core of what we look like. The goal of modern marketing is to sow discontentment in you to drive you to get their product that only serves to solve the problem you did not think was a problem until they tried to sell it to you. Scripture points to the workmanship of the Creator. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. The works of the Lord's hands are marvelous and you are among His works. From the moment of conception, while being knit together in secret, the Lord saw you. Even before your substance, He saw you. Praise the Lord for His work in creation! Give Him the honor, praise, and glory that is due.
