Proverbs 11:15

15He who is surety for a stranger will suffer,
But one who hates being surety is secure.

Money is a sensitive matter for many. Most of us have found that there is a balance of being generous and knowing when to withhold. When it comes to being surety for someone, however, we need to hold a lot of caution. Maintain wisdom even with generosity. Being generous does not simply mean being flippant with money. In the name of being generous, we cannot throw away common sense. Be wise with what has been entrusted to you and utilize it well.
