Proverbs 14:12
12There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death.
-Proverbs 14:12
This is one of the major reasons we need to be studying our Bibles. We may think that we have a solid standard of morality. We may very well think that we know what is right, but we may find our very quickly that it is wrong. In our pride it is easy for us to think that we have a correct view on things. In our self-proclaimed wisdom we can be wise in our own sight. We need something objective to base our ideology off of. We do not conjure morality, we reflect it. Dive into God's word and see what He says is right. There is a way that seems right to a man. There is a way that is right in the sight of God. To which will you go?
