Proverbs 15:10
10Harsh discipline is for him who forsakes the way,
And he who hates correction will die.

Do not forsake the Lord your God! Do not stray away. Do all you can to stand and maintain your faith. There is harsh discipline left for him who forsakes the way. Do not despise correction for it will keep you in the faith and will help maintain the way. If you hate correction and you do not receive the Lord's guidance, you put yourself at risk to forsake your faith. Let us be wise and have haste when the Lord convicts us. Do not be slow to heed His instruction. Be diligent in receiving it.
