Proverbs 15:29
29The Lord is far from the wicked,
But He hears the prayer of the righteous.
-Proverbs 15:29
This is one of the most profound natures of sin that we see. Sin separates mankind from God. Indeed the Lord has extended His hand toward them offering grace, but as man continues in sin, he remains separated from God. Such is not the case for the righteous person. Praise the Lord that by the blood of Jesus we are made righteous in His image! As we continue in that righteousness, our prayers are heard by the Lord! As you take time out of your morning to pray and seek the face of the Lord, remember that you are heard because of the grace that He has extended to you. Rejoice in the Lord this morning! Render unto Him all glory, honor, and praise!
