30The light of the eyes rejoices the heart,
And a good report makes the bones healthy.

How we interact with people makes an impact on their lives. Something as simple as a bright smile and a warm greeting can help uplift one's spirit. That is what this is speaking of. The light of the eyes refers to a smiling demeanor. Doing so can cause one to rejoice. In some sense or another, we are all relatively adaptable to those around us. If we are around those that are constantly negative, it becomes easy to be negative ourselves. When we are around those that rejoice, it becomes easier to rejoice. A simple smile or a good report goes a long way with one another. As the Lord continues to uplift us, may we strive to uplift one another.
