Proverbs 16:3
3Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be established.

How much effort do we put in to things concerning ourselves? What works are we willing to do in order to have a bit of fun? If we took as much effort as we like to invest in ourselves and instead committed our works unto the Lord, I can only imagine where we would be. Unfortunately, our culture does not cater well to us not concerning over ourselves. It plays upon selfish desire. We truly must die to self and commit ourselves to the Lord whole heartedly. I cannot imagine going through this life without the Lord. To have Him then establish me and pave my way is amazing. Let Him do the same with you. Commit yourself to Him.
