Proverbs 16:4
4The Lord has made all for Himself,
Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom.

The Lord has made all things to have a purpose that would reflect Him and His character. The stars, planets, and moons all testify of His majesty. The complexity of creation testifies of His creativity. So much in our lives testify of His love and compassion. Even the wicked carry a testimony concerning the Lord. The wicked will demonstrate the justice of God on that final day. They will show the wrath of God. Similarly, the righteous will show the faithfulness of God. At the end, all things testify of who God is.
Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom.
