Proverbs 23:10-11
10Do not remove the ancient landmark,
Nor enter the fields of the fatherless;
11For their Redeemer is mighty;
He will plead their cause against you.

It is vital that we remember that the Lord sees all that we do and sees the depth of our intentions. It is one of the most relieving and terrifying things to know that the Lord knows my heart. Should we seek to cheat someone, we may fool them but we will never fool the Lord. The Lord will not plead your cause in that case, but He will plead their cause against you. Consider this, if you are looking to cheat someone. The Lord Himself will stand in opposition against you. This is not a place you want to find yourself. So maintain your lot. Work with integrity and seek to please the Lord.
