Psalm 25:4-5

    4      Show me Your ways, O LORD;
    Teach me Your paths.
    5      Lead me in Your truth and teach me,
    For You are the God of my salvation;
    On You I wait all the day.
-Psalm 25:4-5

Being such a short section of verses, this is one I would strongly encourage you commit to memory. This should be a continual prayer for us to turn to the Lord in. We will see a lot of similar prayers prayed in Psalm 119. We should be zealously diligent to know the ways of the Lord and the paths He would have us go. Our life as believers is not simply one of belief and then continuing in our ways. It is a journey of repentance where we continually seek to learn the ways of the Lord and long to walk in them. It is an attitude of repentance.

We should regularly seek to know any way in which we may not be walking in the will of the Lord and act according to what He reveals to us. This heart of humility will draw you ever nearer to the Lord and He will draw ever nearer to you as well. Remember that the Lord resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Be led in His truth and taught by His Spirit. Wait upon the Lord consistently. Be zealous to walk in His ways.
